TicketCircle collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and payment-related data such as buy-in amounts and balances. We do not store full payment card numbers.
We use your information solely to operate TicketCircle — managing seat assignments, game confirmations, and payment tracking. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
Your information is shared only with other members of your specific circle. Admin members can view the full circle's data. Regular members can view their own assigned games and payment status.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@ticketcircle.app.
TicketCircle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

By using TicketCircle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TicketCircle is a private group management tool for season ticket holders. You must be invited by an admin to join a circle. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
TicketCircle tracks payment obligations between circle members but does not process payments directly. Financial disputes between members are the responsibility of the members involved.
You may not use TicketCircle to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the app's operation.
TicketCircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketCircle and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
